Bright, Victoria. Summer 2025.
A change of destination for our annual summer adventures saw the Society gather in Bright in the High Country of Victoria in January 2025. In addition to the usual feasting and enjoyment of good company, this was also a week of expeditions, adventures and exploration. Highlights included exploring the region on bikes (though as the “Famous 14” rather than the “Famous 5”), A half day climbing and abseiling adventure on ‘The Cathedral’, mountain biking adventures on Mystic Mountain (including spectacular crashes leading to a concussion for Raoul and a broken elbow for Archie), horse riding for Nell, Maddy, Dom, Sal and Bella and many hours of swimming and water sliding at the river. Not to mention many hours of Hero Quest!
